MAJORETTES, WARRIORETTES ENTERTAIN The Majorettes have stepped sharply this year, twirling at football games and at some of our home bas- ketball eames. They have added an- other new majorette, making their number seven. The Warriorettes performed with the band before football games and during the half-time ceremonies. Theyalso marched at the half dur- ing one of the basketball games. These 21 girls are chosen from three high school classes. They are led by a head XN'arriorette, a senior, and an assistant head, a junior. Mrs. Margit Heskett is the adult supervisor of this group. To carry them out, they formed a new club called the 'cBlock N, which augmented school spirit. Also, sweatshirts were sold to raise money for new skirts. They ended the season with a dance for the 6'Block N, in honor of the athletic teams.
