Half-time festivities, arranged by the Varsity included a program by the N. H. S. band, a view of the queen candidates as they were driven around the field in a con- vertible, and finally the crowning of the 1953 Homecoming Queen, Carolyn Jenkins. Her attendants were Ruth Fay, Nancy Baker, Carol Fox, and Jean Snipes. Following the game, students, friends, and alumnus of N. H. S. en- joyed the dance held in the school gyni. GL
