Speakers and field trips arranged by the Future Business Leaders of America help young peo- ple to gain practical insights. Guesf Speaker S. Seligman plumbs depths of intellectual alpha wave activity .. at i Vlslfs H 0.P.E. Club H.O.P.E. fHelping Other Peo- ple Everywherej has the objective of helping and entertaining patients in mental institutions. Twice a month, club members visit the patients at The Children's Institute and at Spring Grove State Hospital. This year, H.O.P.E. collected 600 Gifts-for- Giving for 300 Spring Grove patients. The club also set up Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine and Easter treats at Children's Insti- tute, and sponsored speakers. Mrs. Rose Golden and Miss Majorie Ring sponsor the club. The officers are Linda Hameroff, pres., Shelley Sar- rin, sec., and Sara Seligman, treas. Principal Maurice Wells briefly joins club.
