HDRACE MANN LABORATORY SCHOOL DR. CUNNINGHAM AND MR. DIETERICH The Horace Mann school, located on our campus, is a laboratory for College students majoring in the teaching profession. Pre-school, elementary grades, intermediate grades, Junior high school, and the four high school grades offer opportunities for practice teaching to college students as they complete their work for certificates and degrees. The school is under the direction of Dr. M. C. Cunningham, Chairman of the Education Department. Mr. H. R. Dieterich is the principal of the High School. Many faculty mem- bers teach in the high school, and act as supervisors. Mrs. Ocie Patton, Mrs. Maryann Scott, and Mrs. Rosalie Mitchell are also high school teachers. Miss Chloe Millikan is supervisor of Pre-School and Elementary education, with Miss Phyllis J. Price, Miss Marjorie Powell, Mrs. Gerald Evans, Mrs. Marjorie Holmberg, and Miss Neva Ross as room teachers. Miss Mary Keith is supervisor of Intermediate grades, with Miss Maxine Decker, Miss Loudine Hill and Miss Mildred Trotter as room teachers. Miss Dora B. Smith is supervisor and teacher of the Junior High School, assisted by Miss Mary Margaret Yates. Twenty-Six
