Qualify Educofion Mr. Billings has proven to be a most competent adminis- trator and educator in the discharge of his duties as our prin- cipal. Under his leadership and foresight, Northwest reflects the favorable image of being a school with the highest stan- dards in all its areas. Mr. Bennett, assistant to the principal, is ever alert to the needs and problems of the student body. He gives whole- hearted support to the enforcement of administrative policies for our school.
