Our house might groan when someone will say, bite the wall, but it is the place where God intended for us to meet. We have found joy in sharing with Our brother house, Warner, our sister house, Covenant, and the people at Green Valley Nursing Home. Although we might have bad days we are always brought back to Jesus through a bond of love. We pray that people will not judge us by the appearance of our house but by the love we have therein. Hoven House has not been promised with skies that are always blue, or with days that have no toil or temptation. But they have been promised an undying love! And through that undying love it sings, and plays football, and laughs, and cries, and then it shares that love with the kids at Skipworth, and with its sisters at Douglas, Rehm, and Hill, and finds that love even more in its mom. Hoven House is a bunch of guys all doing the work of Christ and finding that un- dying love in all that they do.
