I REMEMBER WHEN. . . we couldn ' t get our lockers open freshman year due to inexperience, while the locker rule kept them shut in our Senior year, surprise birthday parties were held at 6 A.M. and other crazy hours, we couldn ' t remember anything. Ihe Mr. Bill Show visited 6th period Art. We gave a Day for the Handicapped and no handicapped people came. it took Mr. Akin only 2 steps to get across a room, we moved a ' Bay ' into the gym at ' Midnight ' . Henry Smith proposed to Donna Calderelli in a phone booth and was toici he had a wrong number. Ihe Eootball players invaded Ihe WDRC truck and Brad Davis. Oscar and Eelix moved into the Home Ec. room, we won Ihe Magazine Drive 3 years in a row. ' Toga ' spirit wasn ' t in vogue, but mis-matched socks were, we were always donating $5 to Ihe school to change courses. Chris Brown and |im Ullman got plastered in Art. we attempted to achieve a restaurant atmosphere in Ihe cafe. Drew, Maryann, and |im met ' The Fonz ' (bow-wow!) Fr. Ivan kept giving vocabulary words and words and words we cleaned the Homerooms during homeroom. G. G. almost lost her head. snow came, but snow days didn ' t. '

REMEMBERWHEN . . Parking stickers appeared, or cars disappeared. Ski trips were always being cancelled. Mr Moore attempted his Elvis impression. Moose was Santa and ding-a-linged through the halls. Lavoris on the rocks became a favorite ' drink ' before schoo functions. Sr Doris fell asleep during a religion seminar class, the boys didn ' t dance at the )unior Ring dance. Jackie Miller created a ' Big stink ' in the 600 hall. Friendlys ' Scrooge visited the school, the Senior Shack had its annual grand reopening and closing, we all went on a hayride. ' California Oranges, Texas Cactus, we play St. Paul ' s |U5t for practise ' became the battle-cry of the boy cheerleaders, those maps of Conn ' s Rivers and Highways continued to be made, we rowed to classes on rainy days. Brew-volta danced the night away in the 306 Shop, we missed assigned study but were the probable cause of Andy Witek was invited to ' have a cookie ' at Shevon ' s after their. Prom, we tripped over our tongues with the teachers last names, the Yearbook editors had many verbal boxing matches after school in 101. AND THAT ' S THE WAY IT WAS: SEPT. ' 75-)UNE ' 79 r-l
