611155 Eouncil SOPHOMORE Planning activities which would promote school spirit was the Sophomore CounciI's maior goal. Among these activities the Council sponsored the first dance at our new school following the Pomona Catholic- Northview b a s ke t b all game and the St. Patrick's Day dance. Another major job of the Council was selecting the choices for class rings which were then voted upon by the entire Sopho- more class. JUNIOR The object of the Junior Class Council is to represent the Junior Class, to promote school activities and school spirit. This year the Council sponsored the second an- nual Slave Sale, the Talent Show, sock-hops and our major proiect, the Senior Quad. FRESHMAN The primary obiective of the Fresh- man Class Council is to acquaint the class with Northview High School and to interest its members in becoming active on the campus. During this school year the Coun- cil has sponsored a Hay Ride and a Derby Hat sale. 23
