JUNIOR WRITERS CLUB
"Practice of an art is more salutary than talk about itf' said Robert Frost. This could well be the motto of
the junior Writers, for these are the girls Who, throughout the year, work together to improve their literary
prowess. Write and rewrite, copy and recopy, organize and reorganize! Finally finished, the masterpieces are
presented in their publication. Such practice is the spark which may kindle a creative flame.
JUNIOR WORLD AFFAIRS CLUB
"junior World Affairsi' brings to mind a group of girls who meetfperiodically, chaotically, with gusto and a
few gigglesfand discuss, at length or only sort-of, the problems in the world around us. They combine the knowl-
edge, enthusiasm, and intelligence in their efforts to understand the modern world better.
