Along with preparations for the great event of the Senior Party, December activities included a pep rally to introduce the Basketball and Wrestling teams. A wrestling match with Southern on school time provided an opportunity to watch the Grapplers perform for the student body. JANUARY January--a new year, new resolutions, a new beginning! The ski club purchased a pair of skis to be loaned to members. In the picture at the right, Don Richter takes first place in the annual Oratorical Contest sponsored by the American Legion. Donkey Basketball, spon- sored by Varsity cheerleaders as a fund-raising project, came in with a bang.
