1 I THE VERY REVEREND WILLIAM D. BUCKLEY, O.S.F.S. Father Buckley has been Provincial Superior of the Oblates in this country since 1948. lt should be noted that Fr. Buckley was a former teacher and assistant rector at North until 1943. During World War Il he served as an Army Chaplain and in 1948 was appointed Provincial Superior. Father directs activities of the Oblates in the true spirit of St. Francis de Sales. He now ably accomplishes his duties at his residence in Wilmington.
