KING NEPTUNE was accom- panied by his Queen, the Royal Princess, the Royal Baby, the Royal Doctor and Dentist. . . And to complete this entourage there were the Judges, the Prose- cutors, the Royal Torturers, Bears, Police, Mermaids, Jesters, and Court Beauties of all descriptions.
