Your intensity in pursuing the mastery of vo- cational skills and knowledge will now begin to pay dividends. Through hard work and diligent study you have become mature professionals. You have also grown as citizens, aware of both the rights of others and your own responsibili- ties. Hopefully, you will be able to pass along these qualities to others, particularly those not fortunate enough to have attended a vocational school.
