,,,.,. Step four! Peanut, THEN hotdog! Strange commands such as these can be heard every morning in Sticker Stadium as the Mustang Marching Band rehearses 'its drills for the foot- ball half-time shows. Directed by Mr. Brewer, the band stirred North's spirit with loud music and intricate figures. Much devotion and deter- mination goes into putting on a really polished show. But the hard work always seems to pay off in appreciative applause from the crowd. 9 10 W 'L 45 Marching Band 27

B-e-a-t, beat the Coyotes! With these shouts of encouragement, the cheers sparked our teams to victory while perform- ing a traditional service to the school. The seven member line worked to develop new cheers and chants and perfect old ones. Dedication, pride, and unwaver- ing spirit are necessary requirements for being on the lineg squeezing ev- ery bit ol' enthusiasm out of fellow Mustangs is not an easy task. But with a ready smile, a jump, and a yell, the North High cheers strive to accomplish it. l. Make way for the oncoming cheers! 2. Cheers keep in shape. ..----'2'-w- '- x-.M-0 -'---- ' N 3 ...
