By the use of democratic techniques, the efficiency and morale of the school organiaztion are kept at a high level. Keeping the different students' reg- istrations and schedules in order, filling out return slips, and filing notes for the many students that are absent each day was just a small part of the hard but efficiently done task of the secre- taries in the registrar's office during the year I954-55, as they have in past years.
