THE BOOKSTORE BOSS — Joyce Helms, a junior student, is buying her Hoofbeats from Mr. Donald Brockett, School Accountant and mana- ger of the Bookstore. It Takes Money To Get Out Of Here nil r- (17) The Bookstore is one of the most important places in the school. With a bevy of stu- dents waiting in line everyday for such necessities as notebooks, pencils, books, and other school supplies, the Bookstore is kept very busy all year. Tickets for plays, dances, games, and the yearbook may be purchased and class fees are also taken care of in the Bookstore under the able supervision of Mr. Donald F. Brock- ett and his assistant, Mrs. Fara Darland. A student who is injured or ill may always find help in the Health Center. Miss Lydia Potthoff, who is in charge of the Health Center, is always ready and willing to aid ailing students. Miss Potthoff is assisted by Miss Mimi Matanovich and student assistants, who receive much experience in office train- ing.
