I l To the students of North lhrion: A distinguished person in California recently said, 'The Les Angeles River is the most beautkul river in the world. He explained that to understand its real splen- dor, one must not look in the dry bed of the exhaust d e stream,strewn with debris deposited by occasional floods, but t th o e community that the river serves. It is in the orchards, the flowers, and the foliage to whichtherhmr has yielded its life-giving waters, that one finds the I invite all charm and glory of the stream. In this way we must evaluate the student body of North Marion Union High School. I have confidence in the students of North Marion.
