AGRICULTURAL ASPECT I'm so embarassed Thanks!? The Environmental Resource program at NKHS introduces students to careers in the agricultural field by combining scientific knowledge with practical technology in the field of natural resources. Led by Mr. Sandham and Mr. McElhaney, the program has a local chapter of the Future Farmers of America in which the members promote agricultural skills as well as leadership abilities. The students are encouraged to participate in state held fairs in which they give speeches, demonstrations, and competed for proficiency awards. The classes are not just limited to agri- culture. Students were offered the choices of resource development, floral design, landscaping, marine technology, and agri- business. The wide variety of topics help the students decide on their career choice. Pine fresh scent 30 Environmental Resources
