Superintendent It is a happy privilege for me to extend to the members of the Class of 1965, North Kingstown High School, both greetings and good wishes for the years ahead. We regret very much that circumstances over which we have little control precludes our knowledge of many of you as individuals, but rather only as a class, the larg- est senior class in the history of North Kingstown public education. It is almost certain that this particular statistic will continue to be repeated, many, many times. As individual members of the Class of 1965, I hope that you will take with you after graduation, pleasant memories of the time you have spent at North Kings- town High School. Try to remember always that if at times the going was not as smooth as you thought it should have been, your teachers, principal, and guidance counselors were only striving to make certain that you would obtain your high school diploma, which, in turn would lead to further opportunities for each of you. Now for the first time in our Nation’s history, our Na- tional leaders are taking positive steps to insure that every American young man and young woman can develop their full potential in every respect. Great programs are in the making which should open doors of opportunity never be- fore considered possible. Each of you in some way or degree will become involved in this great movement and in doing so may you fulfill our fondest hopes and wishes for your happiness and success in life. Sincerely, Hiram A. Every student at North Kingstown High School is very much indebted to the members of our School Committee. They spend many hours work- ing to maintain and improve the quality of edu- cation in North Kingstown. Principal Another graduating class and another record-breaking number of graduates! This year, as in several preceding ones, records ha e been made in both academic and other school activity areas and it is my hope that North Kings- town will continue to be increasingly active in the years to come so that each specific year will show our school progressing towards better and more complete academic and non-academic offerings. To the graduates, may I extend for the Faculty, congratu- lations upon your successful completion of high school and to the Yearbook Staff, and your advisor, Mrs. Hawkin- son, commendation for the arrangement and contents of the yearbook. To each of you individually, I sincerely hope that you will in later years achieve the goal which you have set for yourself and that you will always remember that your high school is ever mindful ami proud of your accomplish- ments.
