A distillation process and other experiments are being conducted by Mrs. Reynolds's students. SCIENCE Microscopes cmd amoeba, clothes pins cmd meter sticks, Bunson burners and analytical bal- ances are a part of any natural sciences labora- tory and the facilities at North Kansas City High School are no exception. These and many other pieces of equipment are daily reminders that the students enrolled in these various courses, biol- ogy, chemistry, and physics, are concerned with experimentation and the fundamental ideas so often taken for granted. Students are encouraged to probe into the many questions concerning life, the universe, and natural phenomena.
