ART To teach the fundamentals of artistic creation and broaden the students' knowledge of art is the purpose of Northtown's art de- partment. Art-crafts students carve, build, and create with varied materials. Art stu- dents, in four years of sketching and painting classes. learn the fine techniques of water colors. oil paints, and other medias.
