For weeks he struggled for life itself and for months was unable to move in any way. Now, after three years in which his courage has remained unyielding, he is able to move his arms and fingers. By his smile he was known to his friends and students, he always had a helping hand for someone who needed it. Mr. Chappell taught science and radio at NKC, beginning his teaching career here in the fall of l936. With this page, we wish to honor him, who was a friend to all.
