To provide a reminder for each student of his college life becomes more than a record of happenings throughout the year. In compiling the Troyannum, the staff has at- tempted to provide experiences which will be meaningful to every person. In an explanation of what has happened in the inner workings of the staff of the yearbook, the pre- sentation does not become mean- ingful unless there is a realization of the many difficulties that were overcome, one of which was the in- experience of the staff as well as that of the advisors. The meeting of deadlines, the last minute picture taking and develop- ing, the too-long headlines to be re- vamped, the loss of a picture here and there, as well as the misplace- ment of a few envelopes, all spell- out for a few individuals little sleep, a rather nervous appearance, and a few lapses of memory. The sense of accomplishment felt for a finished job erased these minor dilemmas.
