One show high- lighted a top-flight men's chorus from Glendale College, another featured the Basin Street rhythms of Jefferson High School's rollicking swing band. This year, also, the Spring Council pre- sented an amended school constitution to the seudents. The revised document was reiected by popular vote, however. All in all both of this years Councils deserve A for Accomplishment.
