WGRLD FRIENDSHIP The World Friendship Club is a branch of the State Federa- tion of World Friendship Clubs whose purpose is to acquaint the members with the customs and languages of other countries and promote friendship. FUTURE FARMERS The purpose of the Future Farmers of America is to develop ,compe- tent, aggressive, rural, and agricultural leadership. Dean and Shuler at- tended the State Convention, Wright and Rosselli placed first in the San Fernando Fair, and Frenn, Kane, Rosselli, and Fox won F.F.A. awards based on active participation. Bill Frenn also won first place in the city oratoriical contest.

STAGE CREW Under the direction of Mr. Gordon Funk, the stage was completely painted, rebuilt and repaired, new curtains added, and sets for the fall play constructed. The crew manages curtains and lights for all performances on stage. SOUND CREW The sound crew operated the amplifier at football games, noon movies, as- semblies and for noon records. The crew is made up of volunteers and is advised by Mr. Sebelius. PROJ ECTICDN CREW The projection crew, alias Los Cines, is a group of volunteers who run edu- cational films for class room use.
