this year we are twenty years old. we have grown from lanker- shim to north hollywood high from 30 teachers to 70 teachers from 20 classrooms to 65 class- rooms trom 500 students to 2000 stu- dents. we've grown in other ways, too. we've gained senior problems, world affairs, commercial art, ceramics, treble clet. sometimes we've lost, like ger- man and latin, but mostly we've gained. and then we've grown personally, again and again. we've been in plays and op- erettas, in clubs and games, in programs and playdays, at dances and banquets, on committees and panels. we've been leaders and help- ers, doers and listeners. and always we have grown through the slow steady climb of the twenty steps 'rom l927 to now.
