The activities throughout the year were planned by Student Council. Much of the work began as early as last summer. The Student Council worked on dances, assemblies, a- chievements, and many other proj- ects. Acting without the consent of the student body, the Student Council took the initiative to prom- ise the Peace Corp that they would raise over 1,000 dollars to help a village further their education, In return, the students obtained a new friend in a new country.
