Saxon Wrestlers Take Second In the final two weeks of wrestling, North had convincingly won four tournaments, among which were the Five Coun- ties Tournament and the Edgewood Tournament. The most outstanding team accomplishment for the Saxons this year was winning the El Camino Tournament. This was a first in the history of North High. The North High Grapplers finished the regular season with second place, and a duel meet record of 7-0. 5 yu- V- - --vm,--Y Herb Kaichi works for the takedown. This year's Junior Varsity team proved to be a strong team as the Saxons captured the Bay League crown. The Saxons started the season right with a team cham- pionship at the Torrance lunior Varsity Tourney. They then went on to a 7-1 record in dual meet competition, with their only loss coming from West. The Saxons finished the season winning the Bay League Tourna- ment.
