, i » ♦ - A Night to Remember On Dec. 2nd, Nights and White Stain was presented to NHS by the Girls League. The result of frantic meetings, it turned out to be one of the most suc- cessful winter formals in years. Held on a wintry Saturday night, the event was a setting of 150 couples amid soft lights, silver stars, and fragrant pine. Music was provided by the 10- piece band, The U.N. , which played popular and original tunes. An exciting moment came when couple Mary Cur- tain and Pete Trevino were announced as the king and queen of the dance. %, ■ .
