The Senior Class Presents Larry Levine watches every development of the play. If he does, I ' ll kill him! , thinks Bette Atkinson. ff The Impossible Years M One of the biggest fund-raising activities of this year was the Senior Class Play. It brought in a record-breaking figure-over $700.00. The Class of 73 proud- ly presented THE IMPOSSIBLE YEARS, written by Bob Fischer and Arthur Marx. The play was an adult comedy , containing many humorous and realistic situations. Being the first of its kind on the North High stage, the play met with high acclaimation and en- joyment by administrators, par- ents, and the student body. If That ' s Where Its at Baby This years All-School Play was called If That ' s Where It ' s At Baby. I ' m Not Going . It was about a student re- bellion at a small. Mid-Western college, Prescott Ruther- ford University. The leader is Gogo Gibson, a self-centered girl who has secret motives for rebelling. To get more publicity, she drags the founder ' s grandson, Prescott Rutherford III into the revolution. Prescott is a weak individual, who is constantly being pestered by his loving Aunt Maude. Opposed to the rebellion, is Tina Holden. She is in love with Prescott and thinks he is doing the wrong thing. In retaliation, she begins strike-breaking. To surprize everyone. Dean French resigns in favor of Prescott. In- stead of solving the strike, it leads to more turmoil. How- ever, in the end, everything turns out for the better. Gogo is defeated. Tina gets Prescott. and the university is allowed to resume the education of its students.
