ICGram. Spell. North High ' s English Departmpnt could very well be called the most on-going department in the school. Headed by Miss Ida Nazon, its ' members are con- tinually on the lookout for new course ideas and teaching techniques. As the result of listening to student sugges- tions in order to satisfy their interests, courses such as Literature of the West , Action and Combat , and Lit- erature and Politics have been created. In the future, the department hopes to develop a resource area where stu- dents can go any period of the day to seek directed help in English.
