Among their activities, they have visited local radio stations and partici- pated in several broadcasts. Attempting to further interest in the Spanish language and the culture of Spanish-speaking countries was the main obiective ot this newly formed club. During the year they sponsored a Fiesta at Christmas, complete with pinata, and the annual Spanish banquet which featured all the glory and fun of the theme, Cinco de Mayo.
