To my surprise l saw it was an old class- mate, Dwight Busby, much more reserved and modest than in those high school days. Atter conversing tor a while, l learned that l was riding in a Gottfried lndependent Cab. Busby added, Bob is a swell boss and with a Business Manager like Bob Press the money is rolling in. Immediately l recognized the name ot Press. Ah, yesl l-low could l torget that tace? As you might expect, Dwight mentioned the good-looking blond, Lorraine Baker, and oh, that golden haired Jean Bray, who are secre- taries to Press and Gottfried. l dashed down the drive-way toward the David Ash Inter- state Depot, and had a head-on collision with a heap ot packages running along on legs. lt's amazing, l declared, as someone's head peeked out from behind a hat box. ln- stead ot being told oft l receivedra hearty hello from Jeanette Leavitt, an old school chum ot '4l.
