The North Dakota Agricultural College is one of the facilities provided by our State through which students have the opportunity to launch successful careers and prepare themselves to accept the challenges and responsibilities of tomorrow. Through education it should be our aim to develop our human resources to the end that present and future generations may be adequately equipped for the great business of living. We must seek to develop productive skills, increase vocational competence, improve administrative aptitudes and train for the professions. Irrespective of individual aims, an alert and competent citizenry, trained to think straight and speak the truth is the common good we must seek to achieve. 13
