6orwersafion and Culture The climax of the year for the Mod- ern Foreign Language Department was the installment of the new language lab. The first college ever to do so, NCC leased it directly from the Rheem Califone Company. The thirty position lab has the latest available equipment, including a high speed duplicator. The general trend of the department is to push a program by which North Central is able to send students abroad to study at about the same cost as a year at NCC. B.
