Horticulture Club OFFICERS Charles Jackson President Harvey Morris Vice-President Julia Benton Secretary Marshall Shepherd Treasurer The object of the Horticulture Club is to stimulate student interest in the field of Horticulture; to foster and promote recreational and educational activities; and to encourage student participation in extra-curricular agricultural Economics Club This club is composed of all graduates and in Agriculture Economics. It has as its (1) to stimulate interest in agricultural economics, (2) to provide a means of contact between students and Farm Economics Association members, and (3) to provide means whereby the members can become familiar with the current developments in the field of agricultural economics.

Baxter Williams Chancellor OFFICERS Alpha Zeta Alpha Zeta was founded at Columbus, Ohio on 4, 1897. The North Carolina Chapter was the of forty-five chapters and was chartered in 1904. Its aims are perhaps best expressed in the words of its founders: Alpha Zeta was established neither as honorary nor as a social fraternity, but as a fraternity whose membership shall be combined the qualities of high scholarship, fine fellowship, and sound character. These are the vital qualities of real leadership, and it was the actual potential leadership the field of agriculture for which the fraternity was to encourage and develop. animal industry Club The aim of the Animal Industry Club is to improve the relationship between students and faculty, to interest in the field of Animal Industry, and to have the Animal Industry Club members become better with the livestock breeders of this state. The Club has an annual publication, Meat and Milk the Scientific Way ; sponsors the Annual Breeders Barbecue; fits and shows animals at the State Fair; operates the Dairy Bar during Fair Week; enters an exhibit at the Ag Fair; and encourages student participation in judging contests. All students enrolled in Animal Industry are members of the Animal Industry Club.
