' i The Career Counseling and Placement Bureau serves as a crossroad for graduating seniors, graduate students, law students, and alumni as they continue their plans for the transition from the classroom to the world of work. Additionally, a full- time career counseling program is offered for students, faculty, and staff relative to employment opportunities in various types of business, industrial, educa- tionally oriented, governmental and private emplo ' ing sectors. More than 500 representatives from throughout the United States visit the Career Counsel- ing and Placement Bureau dur- ing the academic year to conduct interviews with prospective candidates for employment with their respective firms, agencies, and institutions. Part-time job placement counseling is also available for students desiring part-time work while enrolled in academic sessions, and co- operating education (alternating semester sessions of in-school study with on-the-job training] is available beginning with the sophomore level. The staff of the Career Coun- seling and Placement Bureau wish the Class of 1974 every success in your quest for the career of your choice, and stand ready to assist you.
