MISS N.C.C.U Miss Sarah A. Cauthen of Newton, North Carolina, is the only girl of four children. She is the daughter of Mr. Mrs. Minas Cauthen. Sarah is a 1970 graduate of Newton-Conover High School and is an Accounting Major at North Carolina Central University. Her future plans in- clude becoming a Public accountant and later attending Graduate School. Miss Cauthen has participated in the Baptist Student Union, Big Sister Organization and presently is an active member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority. Phi Beta Lambda, and the National Association of Black Accountants. She was Miss Alpha Phi Alpha and Miss Alpha IKappa Alpha for 1972-73.

MISS HOMECOMING Miss Ossie Prattsie Cunningham of Virgilina, Virginia, is the third of three children and is the daughter of Mr. Mrs. Ossie L. Cunningham, Jr. She i s an English major with an Education minor. Her future plans include attending Graduate School. Miss Cunningham is affiliated with the English Club, the National Council of Teachers of English, the North Carolina English Teachers ' Association, and the Student National Edu- cational Association. She studied at Oxford University, Oxford, England, under the sponsor- ship of the University of North Carolina at Ashevllle, North Carolina. Miss Cunningham was formerly Miss Sphinxman, Miss Rush Hall, a member of Rush Hall House Council, and is presently a member of Eagleson House Council and reigning as Miss NROTC.
