The team made mide them District Champions. They went up for Stltt but were defeated in the final play-off. JOHNNY TURNER Guard Iht first glme of the season was with Aiken. The jackets defeated the Green Hornets 6-0. The game was filled with suspense, but the well-trained Jackets man- aged to score during the first half against Aiken. Carlisle Military Academy was next on the list. This was a hard fought game. The Jackets tied 6-6. The Yellow jackets' third game was with Catholic High. A. in Augusta for a weekly gym class for the North Augusta High School girls, under the direction of Mrs. Theodore Price. Posture and poise are stressed most in the class. The object is to develop stronger and healthier bodies. The girls meet every Wednesday night for two hours. The first hour is spent in gymnastics, and the second, in competitive co-ed games.
