4 I A X ANN Lil The Corridor Ofhcers Gaptam Toney Letko Casey Blshop George Gech Edward Haeffler Harold Langenberg Lleutenants The Gorrldor Offlcer Force was first organized by Mrs Bolm ln l927 to establlsh the proper conduct m the corrldors lunchroom and locker rooms The first Force consisted of captaln three sergeants and twenty one lleuten ants SIX of whom were glrls At the present tlme students from varlous classes are selected for the Force who are to Une some of thelr t1me and attentlon to securm order durmg the passlng txme and durmg assembhes Another duty IS to acquamt v1s1tors wlth the school l'JU1lCllHgS of the campus and tradltlons of lNormandy The first captam ln 27 was James Gorton ln 28 Burdette Bushmann III 29 and 30 Edward Strlckland and 1n 31 George Labuta The present Force conslsts of captam four lleutenants and thlrteen other members Normandy we all know IS a rather crowded school for 1ts small capaclty That IS one reason corrldor regulatxon IS such a vltal necessity here These boys who mamtam order are never over bearlng They do not flount thelr authorlty and they have won the respect of the entlre student body We at Normandy feel that there 1S excellent order among students whlle passlng to and from classes and that lt would never be posslble to manage wlthout the guldance of this roup These boys are worthy of the hl hest pralse and appreclatlon T 'S 1 Saga ft ,I W .
