WWW This year's Inkspot, cleviating from last year's program, was entirely student pro- duced. Also, juniors as well as seniors were able to participate on the staff. Advertising spaces were sold to various merchants during the middle of the school year. Cartoonist Tony Green furnished a cartoon for every issue as well as smaller contributions. Since editorship was rotated about every third issue, everyone had a hand in this phase of the production. An effort was made to publish DOROTHY STAUFFER an issue about once every ten days. English The Inkspot continued its membership in the Illinois High School Press Association as well as in the National High School Press Association. Students enjoyed Scholastic Roto, a picture magazine containing teen- age news. This monthly publication was a service of the National High School Press Association. In October Kim Stein and David Ander- son, with their sponsor, Mrs. Dorothy Stauffer, attended an Illinois High School Press Association convention. Sponsor of Inkspot 14
