Again we have passed another milestone at N.C.H.S. and it is with regret that we bid our Seniors a fond farewell. On behalf of the entire staff, I offer you our most humble congratulations and wish you success and good fortune in what- ever you undertake in the future. In some small way we hope that we have helped you to gain the qualities of good citizenship, cooperation and moral and spiritual values as well as a well- rounded general education in academic and vocational fields. May each and everyone of you be an inspiration to those who are to follow you. We wish the Juniors, Sophomores and Fresh- men pleasant years to come at N.C.H.S. and will be looking forward to your return next year with a new and more vigorous determination to make our school even better than it has been in the past. Congratulations on your past progress and we hope you will continue to look forward to high goals. R. E. Caton, Principal This, the 1958 edition of the Reverie, records in some measure the events of the 1957-58 school year. Through the media of print and pictures, it portrays many of the happenings that will come to mean more and more. These will help each individual student recall many other happy and worthwhile moments. The book will mean a great deal to each Freshman, Sophomore and Junior--still more to each Senior. Congratulations to each on your success and accomplishment to date. I hope that we of the Unit 5 teaching staff have more than done our part in helping prepare you for the tasks ahead. As you write, so shall you read. lt is our hope that you will continue to write in thought and deed so that your personal reverie will be a continuous record of high ideals and great accomplishments. L. V. Krutsinger, Superintendent I I
