Mr. Frank Hughes opens Fine Arts Week at special assembly. , 5 ' jV0la14 H0015 Scwnd Annual Wm' ,flrfs Week Nolan Student Council proudly presents its Fine Arts Week, 1966. This week salutes and pays tribute to the fine arts, those products of the communion between man's spirit and the inner being of things. Mr. Frank C. Hughes, Dean of Fine Arts, Professor of Music at Texas Christian University, gives the introductory address to the student body on Monday, April 25. On Tues- day, Nolan Choral Club presents The Sound of Music to demonstrate the music from the earliest church services to that of modern Broadway. On Wednesday, Hollywood comes to Nolan in a special viewing of On the Waterfront starring Marlon Brando. Thursday is N, F, L, day with special assem- blies to hear talented members of the League, The hilarious You Can't Take It With You occupies Saturday and Sunday nights.
