MR. WAY E KE DALL PRINCIPAL Nimitz was very fortunate to have Mr. Wayne Ken- dallas our new principal this year. He has earned a popular position with students, teachers, and parents because of his pride for Nimitz combined with job confidence, experience, enthusiasm and friendly manner. He has a remarkable understan- ding of pupil problems and his fairness and guidance is greatly appreciated. His eloquent and easy-going manner has made the 1974-75 school year run smoothly and happily. Mr. Wayne Kendall came to Nimitz this year from Bell junior High where he was principal. He has had nineteen years experience as a classroom teacher-three in Texas and sixteen in Tulsa. He has taught at Edison, Hamilton and Bell in Tulsa. He received his B.A. and Masters from East Central State and has done additional work at Tulsa Univer- sity and Oklahoma State. He was raised in Ada, Oklahoma and attended a small rural high school. Now he enjoys fishing, hun- ting and walks through the woods.
