, A The new year was started with an old tradition. Winter Sports Week was held Jan. 15-19. The week was highlighted with many various act- ivities. On Monday the movie Silver Streak was shown. Tuesday stud- ents sported their favorite T-shirts for T-shirt Day. Would-be gang- sters roamed the halls on Wednes- day, Mafia Day. Crowned at the coronation as- sembly held on Thursday were Terri Preheim and Larry Siemens. Students dressed up in honor of the candidates. We also won the wrest- ling match against Campus. Friday was Black and Gold Day. Stu- dents demonstrated their spirit by wearing the school colors. The freshmen captured first place at the annual Indoor Olympics. The week was topped off with the basketball team defeating Wellington.
