Some of the topics investi- gated this year were properties of acids, electrolysis, and electroplating. During the year the group sent a Thanksgiving Book to the Peabody Home, sang at the Swedish Home in Newton, and brought cheer to patients at the New England Medical Center. Plans are being made to form a permanent chorus that will sing regularly at various places in Newton. The council members should be proud of the services rendered this year.
