CAMERA CLUB When the first manned rocket ship lands on the moon, there should be a graduate of Newton High's Camera Club on the spot, ready with his equipment to take the first close-up pictures of the lunar terrain. Per- haps the club does not now present demon- strations on how best to operate a camera while in a bulky space suit, however, it does turn out some pretty good terrestrial photographers. By listening to speakers, watching demonstrations, and participating in contests, members of this organization learn the complete process of taking, devel- oping, and printing pictures. Some of the topics investi- gated this year were properties of acids, electrolysis, and electroplating. Since the members were selected on a competitive basis, it is not surprising that every meeting was an exciting one. President ........... ...... ..... ...... . . . .......
