This organization is arliliated with the National Education Association and is sponsored by the Newton Federation ol Teachers. During the year, members helped in social settlement houses and visited certain Newton schools, Qther activi- ties in their program included discussions vvith Mr. l'larold Gores and Mr. Raymond Green, as well as with other members of the Administrative Stall, and a meeting as guests ol the Boston University chapter of the Future Teachers ol America.

The club vvas by no means staid. Stimulating panel discussions by the members, inter- views vvith eminent speakers, and visits to important institutions were among the monthly activities.
