PAUL E. ELICKER Principal R. PAUL EDGAR ELICKER has been in Newton l-ligh School since 1923, when he entered as a teacher of Mathematics. ln 1924, he was placed in Charge of attendance, promoted to assistant-principal in 1927, he became principal in 1932. Previous to entering our school he was a member of the MHS of several schools in New York and New Jersey. l-le has received the degree of A.M., from Columbia University, and that of Ed.M. from l-larvard. During his term as principal the Music Department has been enlarged and renovated.
