SUPPLY DEPARTME 152 an n, .,, 1 I LT V. EDDIE GONZALES SUPPLY OFFICER Xl Supply Department performs several essential and diverse tasks for the crew and embarked Ma- rines. From selling icecream to get- ting critical parts for Engineering, from cutting hair to serving pizza, from cleaning laundry to cleaning the dishes, Supply Department makes shipboard life nor only bear- able, but sometimes enjoyable. Comprised of five divisions, Supply Department has just over twenty rated personnel plus about twenty temporary workers provid- ed by the other departments and Marines to work on the Mess Deck. Mess Specialists, Store Keepers, Disbursing Clerks, and Ship's Ser- vicemen all work as a team to keep the ship and the crew ready for any mission.
